Fees must be paid on plat submittal Monday before 3:00 p.m.
Each company must identify their standardized electronic layers (i.e. buildings lines, lots and streets). These layers are extracted and downloaded into the Department’s GIS. Applicants are required to follow their company’s standardized electronic layering. The online Plat Submittal System allows a company to change their layering standard.
Title reports and, if required, deed restrictions, must be attached to the application, not faxed.
