Follow these submission instructions to apply as a freshman at our Platteville or Baraboo Sauk County campus:

• Submit theUW System Application: It is your gateway to all things UW-Platteville
• Send us your High school transcripts: Whether you are a recent graduate or have your GED or HSED, we want to see your academic journey.
• ACT or SAT scores: If you opted out, no problem! For Fall 2020 through Spring 2025, you can apply with a test-optional approach. If you choose to forgo ACT/SAT score submission, more focus will be placed on your GPA and course rigor instead.

  • Financial Verification: Share a financial verification form and an original bank statement.
  • Copy of Your Passport: Make it official!
  • Current List of Activities: If you have been out of school for more than six months, we would love to hear what you have been up to.
