Thinking of renovating your home this year? Dufferin County’s building permit application process is now electronic.

Residents can now apply for permits, check the status of their applications and request inspections from the comfort of their own home. The county has created videos on how to make a profile and beginning the application process.

Dufferin County is proposing building permit fee adjustments and will be hosting a meeting in August to answer questions. Details about the fee adjustments can we viewed online.
